## Convenience Fees

RiskJockey follows up for evidence until it is located or determined not to exist.

Fees cover the cost to file requests, provide a secure portal for agencies, convert all video formats, integrate with claims and legal software, and store backup copies of evidence.

Agency fees for evidence are paid on your behalf and added to your invoice.

Law enforcement agencies may charge fees for evidence. These fees will be paid by RiskJockey and added to our convenience fees. We have no control over agency fees, but we make sure they are in line with local statutes.

There is value in determining which evidence does not exist and it takes time and effort to do so.

This fee also discourages ordering every possible piece of evidence for very minor accidents.

Some agencies require payment up front. We require a pre-authorization to pay up to $100 in agency fees on your behalf.

 

#### Non-Resident

- #### Can I try RiskJockey for free?
  
  Absolutely! Simply make a request and you will have the option to establish an account when records are located.

- #### What does RiskJockey cost?
  
  Convenience fees start at $25 for accident/incident reports and $75 for videos.
  
  Please see FEES charts above for more information.
- #### Can I track my expenses?
  
  Yes. Itemized invoices are generated for each file.

- #### How do I pay for records?
  
  When records are available you will be prompted to establish an account and provide a credit card that will be charged according to the fee schedule on the next tab.
  
   
  
  Commercial insurance carriers are eligible for monthly invoicing. You will be prompted about eligibility when payment is requested.
- #### How long does it take to get records?
  
  Response time varies by jurisdiction and whether or not a citation was issued. RiskJockey pursues records until they are provided, they are determined not to exist, or you close your file.
- #### How will I know when records are available?
  
  You will receive an email notification. If you are using an integrated app, you will also be notified within that application.
- #### Does RiskJockey integrate with practice management or insurance claims software?
  
  Yes, if you are a Filevine or MyCase user, or you would like RiskJockey to integrate with any other application, please email [integrations@riskjockey.com](mailto:integrations@riskjockey.com).
