Some agencies require payment up front. We require a pre-authorization to pay up to $100 in agency fees on your behalf.

Can I try RiskJockey for free?Absolutely! Simply make a request and you will have the option to establish an account when records are located.

How do I pay for records?When records are available you will be prompted to establish an account and provide a credit card that will be charged according to the fee schedule on the next tab.Commercial insurance carriers are eligible for monthly invoicing. You will be prompted about eligibility when payment is requested.

Can I track my expenses?Yes. Itemized invoices are generated for each file.

How long does it take to get records?Response time varies by jurisdiction and whether or not a citation was issued. RiskJockey pursues records until they are provided, they are determined not to exist, or you close your file.

How will I know when records are available?You will receive an email notification. If you are using an integrated app, you will also be notified within that application.
