Can I try RiskJockey for free?
Absolutely! Simply make a request and you will have the option to establish an account when records are located.

What does RiskJockey cost?
Convenience fees start at $25 for accident/incident reports and $75 for videos. Please see FEES tab for more information.

How do I pay for records?
When records are available you will be prompted to establish an account and provide a credit card that will be charged according to the fee schedule on the next tab.
Commercial insurance carriers are eligible for monthly invoicing. You will be prompted about eligibility when payment is requested.

How will I know when records are available?
You will receive an email notification. If you are using an integrated app, you will also be notified within the application.

How long does it take to get records?
Response time varies by jurisdiction and whether or not a citation was issued. RiskJockey pursues records until they are provided, they are determined not to exist, or you close your file.
